What next?

When the earthquake happened last week, I was able to gather a lot of data about it almost right away by checking the “QuakeFeed” app on the new i-phone. Now that we’ve made it through the hurricane, just thought I’d check for asteroids in the area. This free app – Asteroid Alert – tells me that 3 asteroids are in the area today.

I used to have them assteroids so damn bad I had to use Preparation Ouch. The Proc Doc showed me my DVD and they looked a lot like the ones in the picture. Do you too have painful itching and swelling in your nether regions? There’s an app for that, Roid Raider 2.0 with optional accessories.

Nothin’ like hiney/roid talk on the Muse to elevate the discourse. And how come y’all have power? Secret generator in the basement?

  4. We never lost power here for a change. BTW, the triple threat of a hurricane, an asteroid and an earthquake is called “hurri-ass-quake”

A., a mile from J., lost power when a tree brought down a utility pole. Domination Power estimated a week, but it’s back on today courtesy of some string-pulling by someone on the block who works there.

P.S. My fiction-writing friend in Cambridge LOVES J3O’s last name and wants to use it. She might also use ex-Jew Quakers. She’s an ex-Catholic Jew with an Irish surname.

I’ve been encouraging her to write the bio of her late friend Russell. He was a CO in WWII, head of AFSC for Southeast Asia during the Vietnam war and a pal of Chou En-lai. I stayed at his house in the Mass. countryside once years ago. Nice man.

My mom, over south of the river, didn’t have power last night, wasn’t expecting to get it any time soon. They went without power for about a week after Isabel, if memory serves.

Tell your fiction writing friend my last name is copyrighted.

I was a pal of Chou En-lai. Nice man. It is said we all only have six degrees of separation but some of us seem to have only two or three degrees disproving the notion that success is determined not by what you know but rather by who you know. Speaking of which, I used to know someone who knew the guys in this band known as “Ten Hands”. The Big One is Coming.

Let’s try again. If this vid won’t transfer just go to YouTube and enter Ten Hands/The Big One is Coming a great band I used to go see back in the day.
