Bartok never mentioned fibonacci structure in his letters and notes and claimed to compose completely intuitively, but you can find it in his music and it’s unlikely to be coincidental.

  5. The book I’m reading spends a lot of time trying to disprove the use of phi in various endeavors throughout history, based on a lack of historical evidence. What the author discounts is the fact that a lot of things are designed or composed without the designer or composer bothering to record his or her use of the “ratio.” That doesn’t mean they didn’t use it, dude.

The Powerball number last night was NOT another Fibonacci number. So much for my pattern predictions, dude.
