    I confess that while I got the missus to camp the last time, she wasn’t up to a 42-degree night in a tent, so we stayed in one of the dog-friendly Cabins at Crabtree and watched a DVD instead of a campfire. The 70-degree days were green-yellow-red sweet.

    On the way home we stopped for a cider and a tour at Bold Rock Ciderey, one of 11 vineyards, breweries, cideries and a vodka distillery along that stretch of Rt. 151. Only ten more to sample!
